If you are starting to treat the cracked heels, always start by exfoliating it. It’ll help you get rid of the dead skin and help you moisturize better. Here’s how you need to do it:

Soak your feet in lukewarm water. You can add the essential oil or Epsom salt to make you feel relaxed.
Use a gentle pumice stone or a foot scrubber and massage it gently to get rid of thick and dead skin.
Now, gently pat your feet dry with a soft towel.
Apply glycerine or petroleum jelly on your feet. We know that its a little sticky but trust us, it works wonders overnight.
You can also wear socks to avoid greasing on the sheets.
These days a lot of foot bandages and heels sleeves are available in the market with therapeutic oils and moisture resistant qualities to heal them as soon as possible. You can order it online as well.
NOTE: You can also use coconut oil if you don’t want to use readymade foot bandages or sleeves. You’ll have to use it consistently for at least 4 weeks to get the best results.
